First time at America’s tire (AT). Always weary of auto shops because it’s hard to predict how your experience would be. AT is different; friendly folks who want to help you solve your tire issue and get you on the road quickly without compromising on customer service. Bought 4 new tires through Tirerack.com and had them delivered here for installation. Michael was very helpful and answered all my questions. He told me about certificates and encouraged me to get them on my tires since I’ve had 4+ nail punctures and tire changes each time. I ended up getting the certificates and will be bringing my cars here in the future for all tire related needs.

I found the same tires I purchased form AT substantially cheaper at other tire providers. I was happy that AT refunded me the difference when I showed them the other stores adds.

David is excellent. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and he made my experience one that will definitely make a long term customer out of me. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Immediately after I entered the store was helped bye the manager who. Told me to pull my car to one off the bay close to the entrance to have Tech /Kyle come over to check air pressure was low 11-12 psi rear Right tire and fill all tires to 36psi and immediately said it had a nail and even then after 5:30pm making time to getting the job done Jake asked for me to come over talk to him about estimate for my tire had a nail and needs to be patched up said will take 1 hour labor and then before 6pm Tech Kyle come back with my keys best experience with America”s Tires everything was paid for they do not charge to patch a flat tire amazingly my Sat. Was saved had to go to SFco. And then home to Walnut Creek ,CA94596. What a hard working crew after 5 pm closing were cleaning up and was raining too my tire pressure light was also turned off really recommend going to talk with Jake and his Tech Kyle please let him know written a google review too ! After a hit and run accident which damaged my tires I called and talked to Michael the manager about if my tires would be covered under warranty. Michael said more than likely for I had purchased the road hazard insurance. I made an appointment for 3:30pm the following week. When I arrived for my appointment the shop was extremely busy however my service rep Emmanuel made me feel valued as a customer from the start. When Emmanuel was writing up my paperwork I asked about the warranty and if my tires were covered, he smiled and said yes, I was so happy and relieved. In the afternoon the workers were short handed who were doing the tire orders for all customers but they gave it their best to satisfy each customer. I must say even though I had to wait even with an appointment for two hours due to the circumstances of it being an extremely busy day for the shop and being short handed I was so impressed how each employee gave excellent service under a tough situation. Bravo to Michael the manager, Emmanuel my service rep and to the worker who replaced my tires. America tire in Walnut Creek is what excellent service is all about.
